A clear purpose.
The interest list is used to contact you about Assuranta GRC and its launch. It is separate from accounts and business data in the GRC system.
What is stored and why?
We retain your name, organisation and email address, as well as your phone number and area of interest if you choose to provide them. The time, language and consent version are retained to document your registration. The legal basis is your consent. The data is used for relevant contact about Assuranta and its launch.
For how long?
Your registration is retained for a maximum of 12 months or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Data that is no longer needed is deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
How is the data protected?
The list is stored with STRATO as the technical hosting provider, outside the website's public directory. Contact details are encrypted at rest. Only an authorised administrator should be able to read or export the list. The data is not sold or shared with advertising services.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or erasure and, where applicable, restriction and data portability. Request removal using the form below or contact hakan@assuranta.se. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Technical safeguards and cookies
The form uses a necessary session cookie to protect submissions. To limit abuse, a keyed hash of the network address is used for no more than 24 hours. The hosting provider may also keep technical access logs. The website package contains no analytics tools, tracking pixels or external fonts.
Remove me from the interest list
Submit a removal request. We do not disclose whether an email address is registered and may need to verify your identity before deleting any information.
When you request removal, we securely retain your email address and the time of your request until it has been handled. Requests are processed manually; the form does not delete information immediately.
