Workflows cover suppliers, DD, incidents, risks, controls, CAPA, contracts and reporting, among other areas. Accounts, MFA and central permission management are included. The platform also supports supplier oversight, a versioned requirements catalogue, ISO documentation, and SLA and business performance monitoring.
Acceptance across modules and roles, the customer's approval of requirements and policies, and production preparations remain outstanding. Help & Handbook is being expanded to reflect the final workflows.
